So  I had a pretty huge decision to make- who do I hire for the remodeling  at my new office? It was my first time embarking on this kind of a  project and I was pretty worried. Thank God I hired Jared and his crew, they were EVERYTHING I had hoped for when hiring a GC he truly is my dream come true.
Jared always stayed in touch he returned my calls the same day and explained the project's  ins and outs.
They delivered on time- the walls was built beautifully and below what we had budgeted.

 I used J Cor Construction to install a gas fireplace insert in a space  that did not previously have a fireplace.   The project included  removing walls in two closets to make room for the gas insert, moving  vents, and  creating a "pop out" wall in the living room where the  mantel will be installed.  So walls had to be opened up, the gas insert  needed to be framed in, then the walls re-framed and re-stucco'd,   Closets had to be reduced to provide room and then rebuilt.  Jared  prepared a very accurate, detailed and fair bid on the project.  He was  very responsive throughout the entire project.  He showed up exactly on  time on the start day.  He made sure everything in my room was covered  and protected.  His crew were all capable, hard working, polite and  honest.  Jared did a stellar job on the whole construction phase.   He  also communicated every step of the process to me so I knew what to  expect. The gas insert looks amazing.  He finished the walls in the  living room and closets to match the existing stucco exactly.  Everyday  when the crew was finished for the day they cleaned the work area.  The  entire experience exceeded my expectations.  I highly recommend Jared  and will definitely use him for other projects in the future.
